Now that 2010 winter is in full bloom, it is the ideal time to start sipping some robust Spanish reds from Bierzo, Jumilla, Ribera del Duero, Monsant and Priorat.  Look for these on the wine list when you stop in for a glass, great when paired with morcilla, chorizo or criolla sausages on the menu.
